Metal Sky High Store
All Sales Final & Warranty Policy
Effective September 7, 2026
This policy applies to equipment and merchandise purchased from the Metal Sky High online store or through a payable equipment quote. Training and other services may be governed by separate written terms.
- All sales are final. Once payment is completed, purchases may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or when Metal Sky High expressly approves an exception in writing.
- Product selection. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the product description, condition, sizing, configuration, compatibility, and included equipment before completing payment. Please contact Metal Sky High with questions before purchasing.
- Used equipment. All used, pre-owned, demo, and former training equipment is sold as-is and is final sale. Any remaining manufacturer's warranty applies only when specifically stated in the listing and permitted by that manufacturer.
- Shipping charges. Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable. If Metal Sky High voluntarily authorizes an exception to the final-sale policy, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping, adequate packaging, insurance, and all related return costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Warranty claims. Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable manufacturer's written warranty and approval. Covered replacement parts may be available during the equipment's stated warranty period. Shipping, diagnostics, labor, removal, and installation costs are not included unless expressly covered by the manufacturer, agreed to by Metal Sky High in writing, or required by applicable law. A warranty claim does not create a right to return the equipment or receive a refund.
- Discretionary exceptions. Any exception approved by Metal Sky High is limited to that specific transaction and does not waive or modify this policy for any other purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
